Date Requirements
The best way to set up an appointment is by filling out the Date Request
Form below or by dropping an e-mail including your full name and cell
phone number, your occupation, a preferred date, the desired time of day
or night, length of encounter, location of possible appointment, specify incall or outcall, city and state in which you currently reside, the name
of an established provider you have seen previously, her
website/e-mail/location, OR a Date-Check ID #, OR a Preferred 411
Membership ID # OR a RS2K Membership ID # for verification reasons.
Hailey-Julia ONLY USES E-Mail! If this
is not all included in your initial note, she will not be able to
respond. (She expedites the verification process, before replying to an
inquiry.) If you are a repeat client, please drop an e-mail and include
that in the subject line or include that in the details on the "Date
Request Form." Outfit or fetish requests for your ultimate fantasy are
also asked for at that time. Hailey-Julia will not answer the
phone unless she is expecting your call and recognizes the number you
are calling from. Same day requests are definitely possible; pre-booking
is recommended but not required. Discretion
on both ends is mandatory. Hailey-Julia reserves the right to
refuse your request if deemed necessary. Safety is of the utmost
concern.
